Conthargos is renowned for his rideability, presence, and willingness—qualities that Cid Zenzi Mar Z has clearly inherited. An increasing number of Conthargos offspring are performing at international level.

On the dam’s side, Cid Zenzi Mar Z carries the valuable blood of Zirocco Blue VDL, himself successful at 1.60m level and increasingly popular among breeders due to the enormous scope and mentality he passes on to his progeny. His dam, Happy Zenzi GR, competed successfully at 1.45m level under the saddle of his breeder, Martina Riesel, confirming the sport-oriented nature of this direct dam line. Further back we find the well-known sires Cantos and Now or Never, followed by the highly appreciated blood of Notaris.
